George J. Venturi
Original President
George (Joe) was a distinguished architect and engineer whose impressive career significantly impacted the foundation of Professional Edge. His dual expertise in architecture and engineering provided invaluable insights that helped establish our high standards and operational excellence. George’s contributions were crucial in setting the benchmark for quality and professionalism within our firm. His memory endures through the principles and excellence he championed.
George worked on many large projects throughout his career, including acting as the lead architect for Northwest Memorial Hospital, the first Crate and Barrel, the Arlington Heights Race Track, as well as Abbott Labs’ Similac manufacturing plant.

James (Jimmy) brought a wealth of experience and vision to Professional Edge, drawing from his background in real estate and his keen eye for design as a photographer. His expertise in project management and his ability to see potential where others might not were instrumental in shaping the direction and success of our company.
